Is Rentiara only for car rentals?
Cars are the first operational use case. The catalog foundation can describe other rental categories, while specialized equipment and stays workflows need fit validation or a pilot. Tell us what you rent so the demonstration can address the actual workflow.
Do I have to use Kayaroam?
No. Kayaroam is the first customer-facing application built on Rentiara. Your business can have its own brand. Marketplace participation is a separate, optional commercial arrangement where available.
Do I need an existing website?
The proposed plans include a standard booking page. An existing website can link to the supported booking experience. A custom website or done-with-you setup is separately scoped.
Which channels are connected?
The booking site, the Kayaroam marketplace and staff/counter bookings. Kaya connectors for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, inbound email and website chat are planned unless a particular connector is confirmed for your setup.
Will Kaya handle everything?
No. Kaya is a preview with owner-defined permissions and human handoffs. Complaints, damage issues and exceptions remain visible to a person. Availability varies by deployment and channel.
Which countries and payment methods do you support?
We are inviting suitable businesses in the Caribbean, Latin America and the US. Payment methods and settlement depend on the country, legal entity, bank and provider. USD, EUR, XCG and AWG are supported where processor-enabled; each merchant's live setup is confirmed during onboarding.
Can I get a free trial immediately?
Access is currently invitation-led. Request a demo to review the workflow and onboarding together.
Do you take a cut of my direct bookings?
The proposed software plans apply no Rentiara booking commission to your own direct bookings. Payment-provider fees still apply. Optional marketplace-origin bookings use separate commission terms.
Are these prices final?
These are proposed launch prices. We confirm the plan, availability and total fees with you before any order.
What are Growth Credits?
A proposed opt-in pilot where part of commission from eligible completed partner bookings can credit the next monthly software bill. It is capped, non-cash and separate from the commission itself. It is not a live offer yet.
Can I export my data?
Yes, export capabilities are part of the backoffice. We demonstrate the available exports during onboarding and define scope, retention and cancellation terms in the service agreement.
