From available inventory to a campaign you approve.
Prepare the offer, creative and booking destination together. Set the budget and review what will happen before anything is submitted.
Campaign proposal
Promote the inventory you can deliver.
Start from selected dates and a real category. Check price, availability, extras and handover conditions. Use your own verified images and terms to prepare a small number of relevant creative variants.
Choose your route to the customer.
Under your own brand, the business is the sender and the campaign leads to its configured booking experience. Through Kayaroam, Kayaroam is the sender and an admitted supplier fulfills the rental. Account setup and commercial terms differ by route.
Under your own brand
Your business is the sender. Your branded booking site and your own ad accounts keep your name in front.
Through Kayaroam
Kayaroam promotes admitted supplier inventory under a separate marketplace agreement.
Make permission specific.
Review the period, maximum media spend, sender, offer version and destination. A spending ceiling is not an instruction to use the whole budget. Any increase outside the agreed limit requires new permission.
Approval scope
Follow the real campaign state.
Prepared, approved, submitted, under review, live, pause requested and paused are different states. A booking or maintenance change triggers a capacity check. A requested platform action is verified before it is described as complete.
Submission is not delivery
Measure beyond the click.
Review ad spend, attributed bookings, completed rentals and the included costs. Keep refunds and cancellations visible. Incremental effect needs testing; it is not the same as every booking that happened after a click.

Questions
What if my business has no social accounts?
The Kayaroam route can market admitted supplier inventory under Kayaroam’s identity. Own-brand campaigns require the appropriate business account setup and authorization.
Can a campaign spend without my approval?
No. You approve the period, maximum spend, sender and offer, and a campaign never goes beyond that limit.
