They can view the booking and available documents through a link and contact the rental business. Customer-led changes and cancellations are not part of the current self-service flow.

No. Availability blocks keep a unit off sale for maintenance; scheduled maintenance plans and tasks are a separate workflow.

The current flow records a typed signature. The dedicated team app adds a drawn signature.

The report is emailed as a PDF. Sending it over WhatsApp is the next delivery route.

No. Sensitive requests and actions requiring approval go to a person. The rental business remains responsible for its decisions.

No. Supporting a communication channel is not permission to collect people’s private data or send them unsolicited messages.

Not yet. The backoffice works on any phone today, and the dedicated team and owner apps follow it.

No. These are business-owner and team workflows. The separate renter-app build has not been confirmed as a branded, signed public store release.

The design uses supported, permitted sources and authorized connections where needed. Coverage depends on the source and access. Private groups, personal profiles and private messages are not a universal data feed.

A public ad does not reveal the advertiser’s private conversions or profit. Rentiara keeps what is visible apart from what is unknown.

No. The illustrated example recommends keeping the rate because the compared subtotal does not justify a discount. Another situation may support a different action.

No. Each business controls its own rules and pricing decisions. Confidential cost and strategy information is not a shared competitor-pricing feed.

No. Schedules describe flights and capacity. Any additional aggregate data needs an appropriate source and use rights. The feature does not promise passenger identities or private travel records.

No. They are fictional demonstration data used to explain the interface and units.

The Kayaroam route can market admitted supplier inventory under Kayaroam’s identity. Own-brand campaigns require the appropriate business account setup and authorization.

No. You approve the period, maximum spend, sender and offer, and a campaign never goes beyond that limit.

The proposal takes your operational size and selected scope into account. Plan and usage details are confirmed separately on the pricing route.

Not yet. Today you rent the whole vessel; ticketed departures and places per session build on that foundation.

The current foundation covers rental objects and their rental workflow. Operator scheduling, advanced transport dispatch and service planning need a separately confirmed scope.

Not by assumption. We will review your nightly pricing, housekeeping, distribution and owner-reporting needs separately and explain the scope that fits.

Not yet. Kayaroam serves one rental business today and opens to admitted suppliers step by step.

Yes. Request pricing and the team will confirm the plan, included scope and separate costs in a proposal before you make a commitment.

The Growth plan describes an operational tier. Your proposal lists the modules included in your plan.

Advertising budgets are separate from the software and services unless a proposal explicitly states otherwise. No campaign budget is authorized by requesting a demo.

No. The marketplace route is optional and has its own admission and commercial agreement.

The current description lists XCG, USD, EUR and AWG, subject to the configured payment setup. The booking site uses English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamentu. The backoffice is English.

The platform includes exports for supported operational and customer records. We will show the relevant exports for your workflow during the demo.
